D-Day Minus One
Well tomorrow is the day! I'm in Raleigh making final preparations before I head out tomorrow. Like any good adventurer I always lay out all my gear for a final visual inspection. Having everything laid out makes it much easier to determine what is missing and what you don't need. As you can see from the photos below, I am . . . well equipped! I'm working on typing of a list of everything in the photo, but for now, enjoy the pics.

This reminds me of a book where families from around the world displayed everything they owned outside their homes. Of course, the Americans' possessions stretched to the street, while the Bangladeshi's wooden bowl sat forlornly in front of his shack. Enjoy your adventure, my privileged (in spite of everything) first-world friend.
